Journey 24/7 is a coed ministry for 9th through 12th graders (High School). It meets on Wednesday nights from 7:00 PM to 8:20 PM.
24/7 Ministries is our exciting new youth ministry program which will equip your young people to make their Christian walk a lifelong adventure – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It has the same format as Trek, but the material is geared for this age group. It trains them so they can get involved in witnessing and serving and it provides a deeper study into God’s Word. Students today face endless challenges and pressures in their walk with Christ. They need direction and encouragement. They also need tools that will show them how to boldly follow the Savior every day, every week, all year round.
The High School program is directed by Jeff and Abigail Mobley. The Mobleys moved from Kansas City, Kansas in 2006 to join the Staff at Southside as Assistant Pastor. Pastor Jeff Ron and Joan have been members of Southside for over twenty years and have seven children. They live in Apple Valley. Ron works for the Carlson Companies in Information Technology. The Hagens have worked in all areas of the Awana Clubs and are well trained in youth work. They bring a wealth of experience to the program and offer parents the satisfaction that their kids are in good hands. They are joined in their efforts by John and Heidi Salinas of Rosemount, Minnesota and Alice Brun of Apple Valley, Minnesota.
